About Us

The mission of H street Clinic is to provide low-cost family based health services to persons who do not have access to care and to respect the dignity and autonomy of each person by supporting them to participate in their health care decisions; and to serve as a role model as a health care organization to promore advocacy, teamwork and shared decision-making.

Company history

H Street Clinic is the product of dreams and dedication. Our Facility was dedicated in April 2004 and began providing services to the community of San Bernardino on April 05, 2007. Through generous donations of our supporters including St. Bernardine's Medical Center, Catholic Healthcare West and San Manuel Band of Mission Indians, H Street Clinic is proud to provide our patients with care that is culturally sensitive and accessible to all regardless of income. We provide all patients with care based on a sliding fee scale which gives consideration to family size, income and ability to pay.

Community Support

We encourage patients to actively support the mission of the clinic by contributing as much as they are able to their healthcare needs, so that we might extend our ability to help as many people possible. We believe this community takes pride in being able to contribute to the success of our goals. We do not call ourselves a "free clinic" because every service has a value, and even those which cannot be paid for on the day of service, are reimbursed through extended payment arrangements or through the use of sponsorship funds from our donors. Our staff is a group of medical professionals dedicated to serving the needs of all patients with dignity, compassion and respect.
